ReviewVio dot com is a totally scam company. They contact you claiming that if you pay them they can remove bad reviews. They're completely fake and they're just trying to get your money, just like ReputationDefender dot com. (I'm spelling their names with dot com instead of .com so they can't receive free backlinks from this review.) Don't be fooled by any company that claims they can remove bad reviews.

    Absolutely worst company ever...I have paid my 3 month contract with NO results and they refuse to stop billing my debit card saying they are working on my reviews.  Preditory at best!! Next person they hear from will be my attorney....goody I get to spend more money for nothing..

    I received an email from them about removing a review, and then the next few days, I got 2-3, one star reviews when I barley got any before. It seemed automated and like a bot, not really relevant either.  anyone else having this issue?  I wonder if they do this to get you to sign up.

    So far this company looks fake they keep answering my emails and telling me wont be long and absolutely nothing going on my account .

    Yep its a scam.  I spoke with the credit card company, and your stuck with the contract you signed.  the credit card company said, since the contract claims it's not a guaranteed service, you can not cancel.

    After two emails to them...they stopped  replying and zero service was provided.   I commented to the credit card company, that reviewvio has found a hole in the system, guarantee nothing, with a  low $97 per month charge for minimum 3 months.. and everyone will buy, and get zero service..and there is nothing you can do.
    So , it's a scam.

      Really my credit card company just refunded me 2 months of payments and put a block on future charges !
      Let’s see how it goes but I do not understand how they have a business license ?!

    Reviewvio is a scam! Auto generated repeat emails, no service, scanning online for negative reviews and keep sending the businesses emails! Complete scam, stay - away!

    Its a scam. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them and spend your money somewhere else. I have used them for months with no result and they keep charging after the contract period has ended.

    They are a scam. Do not work with them. Google will not listen to them anymore than they will listen to you. I made the mistake to sign with them, when they promised that any fake review will be reported and removed directly by the platform.

    I am so disappointed in this company I had such high hopes but nothing they have offered has worked since day one I am almost 6K into them and nothing works and it's been a disaster. I am going to start a legal process to get my money back and cancel my contract It may be a long battle and I may dedicate a landing page to let others know this company is not at all what it promises.

      Our office tried to use this company. When we realized, they weren't going to help, we cancelled. However, they continued to take out payments. Then we closed the card they were using, and they managed to use the new card. These people are complete scammers! This is a nightmare!

    This company took $197.00 a month and did nothing.  I left many, many messages on their phone and NO ONE every contacted me back.  Run - don't walk - the other way!
