Violation of Do not call

For several months I have been receiving unsolicited call to my cell phone (which I've placed on Do Not Call list).  I have repeatedly requested to be removed from list.  I am rudely hung up on when I make this request.
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE BUSINESS PRACTICE!
