refusal by the staff to sell us street wise 5 @ 20h27

My sister and I have been travelling from Vryhei to Empangeni.Reached Kentucky outlet at 20h27 and ordered streetwise 5 from Phumzile Ntuli.She responded by saying they have only wings left. When we asked her to enquire for us from loftern outlet as we were prepareed to even drive back to Loftern to get what we actually wanted,she came back with a response indicating that loftern branch also has wings.We insisted that they cook us the streetwise 5 as we were prepared to wait cos it was gonna be for supper tonight .To our suprsise Phumzile told us unapologetically,that they cannot cook us five pieces ONLY as they only fry pieces if the pan or pot is gonna be full of chicken!

Seeing that there was another customer behind us ,we took a chance and referred to them(customers behind us) and we ssaid they would probably want pieces as well therfore can they then fry for us all.Phumzile Ntuli insisted that they will only sell wings to them as well.

This information was also confirmed by Sthe Mthembu(reportedly a Manager on duty) and Ayanda  who was attending to us at the second window on our way while we left your outlet having not received proper service or product which we were willing to wait for and purchase. It was appaling and disgusting and this will definately cost the franchisor huge bucks and might even lead a huge dent to your image.It probably has cost you millions before.
