This is the worst store on the internet.  Do not buy anything from them.    They list items that they do not carry so when you order they just send you anything close to what you want.   Then when you return it they have the nerve to charge you a restocking fee so now you are out the cost of the item and the postage both ways and you are punished by not getting a full refund.    Worst part is they still list the item I ordered that they do not have.    Also I used Paypal and I wish I would have used American Express to purchase my item and they would have fought for me to get my full refund.    From now on before I order from any company I will check on complaints against them.    How can they stay in business ripping people off like they do?

    NEVER use any means tied directly to your bank account, such as a debit, check card, checking account number (or PayPal), to make any payment to companies you do not already know and trust.  Use only credit cards for such purposes, since it is easier to deal with fraudulent transactions.

    In fact, there is no reason to have a debit or check card.  Checks should only be written to companies you already know, and credit cards should be used for the rest.

    They have so many consumers searching for complaints against them that when you type "bedbathstore" into Google, it suggests "bedbathstore complaints".

    Most of the complaints detail exactly the problem you outlined:  shipping the wrong product, then charging restocking fees to return it.
