I placed an order for direct t.v.on Sunday September 18, 2011. Originally when I gave all my personal info, they said the earliest they could install October 28th, I told them no way I can't wait over a month to watch tv, The service rep said he will call me back to see what's going on. He did call me back later that day and said he had an opening on wednesday between 11-2 pm, so I agreed and took the entire day off of work,there was no phone call or anything the day of service to verify that they were coming to my home. I called about 12 pm to complain and they to notify that they were not coming and I need to call prim cast to set up a new day of service. So I called and it was set up for Friday this time again 11-2. at 4pm two guys from out of town pull up in an unmarked pick up truck in my driveway, like they owned the place, they knocked on my door and walk in My home and said ok we are ready to install your stuff, I said well one get your [***] truck out of my drive way and two you are late I'm leaving now to pick up my wife from work. He said well I don't know what to tell you but we were hung up on another job, but we are here. These guys showed up with no ladder to place the dish on the side of the house, so they showed me on their phone that the line sight of the sat was better on my side wall right were my dog run was and every time I look out my kitchen window I will be reminded that I own dish tv. I told they guy no that's not were I want it and they told me that that is the only place they can put it. Since I was already pissed off, I asked them to reschedule me cause I was in a hurry to leave. They did no problem, they contacted their boss and set me up for Sunday. So today is Sunday and again 11-2 schedule again no phone call to let me know they were coming to install, at 1 pm I called prim cast and they said you are listed but nothing in the computer notes otherwise. So wait . At 2pm again I call dispatch and now they send me to a voice mail and I now can't call anyone to find out what's going on. I then called prim cast and they tell me sorry but they wil not be coming today! would you like to reschedule. I said No I'm canceling my service and going else were.
So please don't waste your time and work hours waiting for these jerks, they don't care about you or your time. If they would let me install the stuff my self I would and I would have been done and watching tv by now.
