Hi ordered 4 women saress (clothing) through this online website,on 4/22/2011of $121.40 ,they took my money from the account,but they never gave me my tracking number and purchase conformation email.I tried to call their phone numbers they are all invalid,their live chat is always offline.Later on i read their company feed back i found they have cheated many people through their business.They advertise in India Tv chanels about their products.I could get hold of them to know about my purchased,it seems like i am ripped off,so  i am just looking to find out how to get my order,or money back, i live in united states,they are in india.

    I think they have done the same to me as well.
    They don't replay on my emails and ther website is not in use.

    I find these online merchants very unreliable. I have had bad experiences too - stay away from a company called Shikhit Exports in New Delhi. Owner promised me the moon, but slow and delayed delivery with several wrong items - items that I ordered and paid for in person were removed and items I rejected and specifically told him not to send were included. Many wrong items. Package arrived very late. It was a disaster.

    I sympathise with anyone who has been cheated by Shree Online - here's a number you can try and call: Ph.no. 011-46499000-99

    Ask for a guy called Gaurav and identify yourself as a potential buyer - that way you may get their attention. But I am not sure whether any complaint to this fellow will get you your money back.

    I think there must be some regulatory body you should complain to in Delhi itself.

    SHREEONLINE.COM is really a fraud company which is taking payment globally around the world. This website should be banned imideately. They are misguiding and taking payments from thousands of people.

    I live in london and Im sure this company is somewhere in Delhi . I cant be certain as the ppl who pick up calls when they do...speak very little or no english at all...All I get is that I need to email their manager RAKESH if I need a refund and I have done this as well.

    They did the same thing to me.  I ordered outfits from them for 120 dollars US, and they still have not sent me my order.  It has been over 2 months, and they will not answer their phone or email.  I called me credit card company and they are doing investigation, they have credited back my money, i would advise you all to do the same!

    I've posted this on another board as wel...Condolences to those who had bad experience. I actually had a good experience with Shree.  I was worried at first though because I ordered without investigating them ahead of time and the following day told a friend of mine who told me to be careful- that some places are scams.  So the next day I googled shree and came across these complaint boards.  Then I got really scared that they were going to take my $175 and not send me anything so I actually tried to contact them to cancel the order if it hadn't already started production.  They said that they had already started it and I would get tracking in the next couple of days.  I was skeptical but sure enough, a couple of days later I got a tracking number and a couple of days after that received my package via Fedex.  They totally blew Utsav out of the water with their turn around and for once, my damn churidar pants actually fit.  I did notice that their site looks different from some of the site screenshots I've seen on some of the complaint boards and heard about their site being down for a little while this past summer.  My guess is that they have made an effort to fix their problems and upgrade their website.  They even called me literally not 5 minutes after I got my package (I swear they did) to make sure I received it and everything was okay.  That's my 2 cents!

    I placed an order with Shree via online on 13 th DECEMBER 2010.. ORDER NUMBER  43629887 and was given Tracking number 9456588 , which happens to be invalid , money was deducted from my CREDIT CARD on the same day (13/12/2010)  and UNTIL today being the 6th FEBRUARY 2012, I have not received my ORDER.. .. Now I am very scared to place any order  via ONLINE.. as all these companies appears to be CROOCKS...

    I hope  the Directors of Shreeonline do read my above message and  do some homework as to the where abouts of my Oder.. and hoping and Praying that I do get my order or something for the same price range... The total amount I paid was  6754.36 INR.. This is sure a LOT of Money....

    i have plasced my order 21 january on shree online web site and today 21 febrary. i was  conected all phone no and sending e_mails but they are not giving any response. i spend 67£ pound that is too much money. iwas thinking beaware this web site people.

    oh my god i was jus bou 2 order and cum across this complaints board.i don't wana b rippd of.seems 2 me there jus cons and scam mostly every1 jus the 1 of people there send there items 2.

    I've placed an order with them before back in 2010 but the delivery did take three weeks. I had to send the company  several emails and speak to their staff many times.  I was told that it had to be shipped from India because of which it took longer period of time for delivery. The items were of good quality as advertised. However recently I've been thinking of placing an order but now have changed my mind.

    there service is really good ,i order 2 times and always on time with in 5 days and they always give the tracking number i don't thinks so they cheated.
