For five years we've dealt with dropped calls at home because it turns out we're at the edge of a coverage area. I talked to TMobile a number of times and begged out of the early termination fees. They refuse to help. With two months left on a two-year agreement, I told them I had to have better service. They couldn't help, so I told them I wanted to leave without penalty. (I had to go ... the dropped calls including drops during critical calls we're hurting us.) Anyway, they charged us full freight for leaving even after trying to work this out for FIVE years. If you have no problem with them great. But if you do have coverage problems you will experience a callous, indifferent company that cares less about what people think about them than it does about drawing every nickel it can from your skin.
