Bought dirt devil bagless little over a month ago, waste of  money!! Seemed to work fine first time, but since I have had to completely take apart & clean, not just regular cleaning of filters, but COMPLETELY take apart, & still doesn't want to pick up simple floor dirt & dust....worst purchase I have ever made & waste of money....now I have to hand out more money to purchase another vac that hopefully will work correctly.... I will never purchase another dirt devil product!!!!

    I agree with Rhoda about the Dirt Devil. We purchased a battery operated vac and it is by far the worst purchase we have ever made. We have had ours for about 15 months and from the start it has not operated the way it was supposed to. The battery does not last long at all. We cannot vacuum the crumbs from under the table because the battery dies. In the last two days I have spent literally over 3 ½ hours trying to call the company and I have never gotten through. I am not convinced that they even have a customer service department. My advice to anyone considering the purchase of a vacuum cleaner, DO NOT BUY A DIRT DEVIL PRODUCT!!!!!
