Multiple Calls a Day

I get 5 -10 calls from these Card Member Service fools everyday.  They are spoofing local cell phone numbers that start with the same prefix as mine.  I block one number and they call from another number one or two digits different.  This should be illegal since the numbers they are spoofing actually belong to people.  I had one woman call me and tell in not so nice terms to quit calling her.  I had no idea who she was.  They need to be sued and skinned alive.  I need to keep my phone one at work for business purposes and I am on the do not call list.  Lot of good that does.
