This is a SCAM....... I was tricked into this Value Mess..... I'm very unhappy that my accounting information was used to get into my private acct. It's best to report this behavior to your credit card company immediately! Cancel as soon as possible... The game is some county is out sourced to take calls from companies that are promoting and selling a product to you.
Then they get you to except a deal to subscribe to and before a week runs out call the Value deal and opt out and the lowest price of the company product you will have gotten a lower payment plan for the item..... It's called "KILL TWO BIRDS WITH ONE STONE".... The company gets a kick back for the product and the out sourced VALUE package company selling coupons will have your "Credit Card " information by signing you up and then withdrawing from the coupon program and stealing from your account....
They say if you give your credit card information you will get a confirmation and to get the opt out confirmation you have to talk to another guy to get out... Now,before you know it you will have given permission for your credit card to be violated once again... Warmart and other vendors have profited from drafting your account. You are also still going to get coupons you don't want because they have your address and can bill you as well...

As with any fraudulent charges, immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges, and block the card number or close the account to prevent further fraud.
