Had money taken from my account i dont know what for last year i had avg taken i understood this was a one off payment i dont want avg so could you please refund the money

    Contact your bank..
    Contact your bank immediately to dispute the charge as fraudulent, and have your bank block your card number to prevent further charges.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
