i googled this number to find out who they are (800-366-1048) because they keep calling me. I do not have any outstanding debt requiring a collection agency. Additionally, if this is an error in someone's bookkeeping, I never received any such notice or correspondence from this company. They called me again at 8am ON SUNDAY MORNING, when I called them back to stop harassing me at that hour, the message told me THEY DONT HAVE OFFICE HOURS ON SUNDAY! Yet they call me when they're not even open?! I just blocked their number. That makes me very angry!

    File a complaint with FTC..
    Since they're calling you at times and days when they won't even talk to you, the calls are arguably "causing a phone to ring for purposes of harassment", violating  FDCPA.
    Report it as such.
