Money deducted from my phone

Hi - Almost every day I receive messages on my phone and when I put airtime on, the money is deducted immiadiatly.  How can I stop these companies from taking my airtime. I have a cheap Samsung phone with no internet connection. My son has the same problem with his Blackberry Please help?
