not received my demand draft yet

helo...respected mam..i beg to say that i hav filled my cancellation form..n delivered to u on 3rd sept..along with all formalities..i.e.books,permission letter,ID,with cancellation form...bt til today i dint get my money back..i.e my demand draft of 15000rs...
i request u plz send me my money as soon as possible...
