My car overheated!Firestone towed it to there shop and did a block and pressure test,MNGR. ERIC,nervous about it and does not charge me because he knows that they just serviced my car 5 days prior,he said, he was concerned about the oil in the car. After having it for 4 days,He STATED!!NOTHING WRONG WITH YOUR CAR THERE IS NOTHING LEAKING, it passed everything BUT,..bring it to the dealer.. WHY? IF NOTHING FOUND WRONG? Numerous calls back and fourth to consumers Firestone , regional mngrs, and corporate I manage to get test redone plus a coolant flush,Now they found a leak at the radiator & coolant hose meet.Firestone repairs the radiator and hoses after 9 days having my car and says ITS FIXED pick up your car should have NO MORE PROBLEMS.I no sooner get it home and it goes up a bar in temp gauge. next day I take it to cadi dealer as I WAS TOLD TO DO BY THE REGIONAL MNGR. JOE HUGES AND CORPORATE KATHY SMITH TO DO, SHOULD THE REPAIR WORK THEY DID, NOT FIX MY CAR.FIRESTONE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE!! FOR IT TO BE SERVICED AND REPAIRED. THE Cadillac Dealer preformed a block & pressure test, AND MY CAR FAILED, THEY SAID I HAVE HEAD GASKETS LEAKING, AND THEY STATED THAT THERE WAS NO WAY POSSIBLE FOR FIRESTONE TO HAVE MISSED THIS ON THE FIRST TEST LET ALONE THE SECOND TEST!! AND THIS IS MY STANDARD COMPLAINT!!! AGAINST FIRESTONE.I PUT IN THE CLAIM AS I WAS DIRECTED TO DO  SO FROM KATHY SMITH CORP.  DAVE DUSACK FROM CLAIMS, TELLS ME THAT KATHY AND JOE WOULD HAVE NEVER AGREED TO DO ANY SUCH THING AND FIRESTONE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE. HOWS THAT? They are the ones  who found and said the radiator was the cause of the car over heating,.Dave Dusack was confused over paper work dates as he stated the paper work has the facts & he don't care who I get OR TALK TOO, CAUSE IT'S ALL HEARSAY,& WHEN I SAID THERE IS PROOF DOCUMENTED FROM FIRESTONE CONSUMER,HE SAID PROVE IT, YOU HAVE NO PROOF AND I COULD'NT PROVE ANYTHING & THE ONLY THING THEY DID WRONG WAS MISDIAGNOSE MY CAR. I have been snowballed from FIRESTONE AFTER HAVING BEEN WITH THEM FOR  13 YEARS.NEVER HAVE I BEEN SO HUMILATED AND INSULTED AND SPOKEN TO IN SUCH A DEMEANING WAY I am in such shock!this is not over!!!!

    This is the same thing that happened to my son's car. Within 24 hours of service the car breaks down to a different issue. The Campbell Firestone/CA did the work and received nothing but the run around. The district manager never calls back. The car was in and out of the Campbell shop nearly every other week due to a "different issue". Rob, the prior manager stated to me and my son that he was brought in to help with the issue of the current management "kevin". He brought in the technician and questioned him, the technician admitted not looking into areas of the car before performing a pressure test. when performed the test, it blew the head gasket. They fixed it, but within 24 hours, the car broke down again due to a "an unrelated issue", they towed the car back and fixed it. The day after, my son was going to visit a friend over the Golden Gate Bridge, Thank God, he was not on that bridge, because, the car started leaking oil and broke down on a major highway - he could have been killed! We towed it to a friends house, where it sits. Despite numerous phone calls to the DM, they still have not called. We need to form a class action against this corp!

    SOMEONE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT fIRESTONE IN SWEDESBORO NJ JERSEY THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPEL OFF VERY BAD WHEN YOU TAKE YOUR CAR IN TO THEM THEY WILL DO SOME TO YOUR CAR SO YOU GOT TO PAY A LOT OF MONEY EVERY ONE  IS COMPLAING ABOUT THIS FIRESTONE ON CENTER SQURE RD IN SWEDESBORO AND THE MANAGER IS VERY NASTY....WE ARE ALL GO.ING TO THE PRESS AND 2020.

    THAT'S WHAT YOU NEED TO DO BECAUSE WE TRY TO BE NICE ENOUGH TO BRING OUR CAR TO THEM AND THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF AND THEY LIE! WELL THERE IS A AUTO REPAIR SHOP DOWN IN SWEDESBORO RIGHT OFF OF KINGS HIGHWAY HIS NAME IS NICK HE WILL TELL YOU THE TRUTH ABOUT YOUR CAR...BUT I AM WITH YOU TO GO TO THE PRESS ABOUT FIRESTONE ON CENTER SQUIRE RD. THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO COME IN OUR AIRA AND RIP US OFF. BEST OF LUCK..

    why cant i talk to anyone at firestone    they talk when they give  you a price   but   no service with a tire warranty  i had a flat on the way  to therapy   they told me two hours   new customers first  read the small print

    this idiots are rip off trust me done ask how i know but i can  assure you that been there  knows everything small or big  watch this f*** ers  they will get you management is screwed up now big time new people dont know [***] about anything & they become managers or asst. managers or supervisors & crap.

    As a Gold Member, according to Firestone I am entitled to a "FREE ELECTRONIC BATTERY CHECK". However, I was charged $9.99 by a Firestone service advisor. INVOICE # 283500. When I complained about the $9.99 charge, he said he"NEVER HEARD OF FIRESTONE DOING A FREE BATTERY CHECK". I subsequently went back to this same Firestone to have brake work done and I asked the same service advisor to apply the $9.99 REFUND which I was entitled to, since I showed him "proof" the battery check should have been free. What this man did was: ADD ANOTHER $9.99 TO THE COST OF MY BRAKE WORK, THEN REMOVED IT, CLAIMING HE GAVE ME THE $9.99 REFUND. INVOICE # 284071. To date, I still have not received my $9.99 refund. Firestone also charges "SHOP FEES"  for which they don't provide customers a definition of exactly what they mean by shop fees, therefore customers are left with the false impression these "SHOP FEES" ARE ESSENTIAL AND NECESSARY FOR THE REPAIRS OF THEIR VEHICLES.
