i was convinced to sign up for a 3 year contract with a new Sony smartphone. Little did i know they were giving me a piece of junk phone with known connection and reception problems. they did give me a choice of a blackberry a flip phone and the Sony. The Sony appeared to be the best. Now a year and a half of problems later i canceled rogers and went with bell. I am surprised that roger hasn't Figured out that the handset is the basis of the customer's impression of there company. by giving me the Sony they lost a loyal customer of 10 years. They now want upwards of 500 dollars to end the contract. Wow great company.
