David Williams just called my cell phone saying I won 4.5 million dollars and a new Mercedes all I needed to do was go to the Dollar store and pick up a Vanilla Pre-Paid card for $999 for the FDIC taxes. Said he would stay on the line while I went to pick it up. He is still on the line while I am typing this up!!!

    Hang up.  Obvious scam.  PCH never asks for money in advance.

    I received a call frim Dave Williams as well.  Saying I won 350,000 plus a new 2022 car,  He wanted me to go to my CVS to buy a vanilla card for a min. $100.00.  Then they would deliver my check.  Wow, when do you win something and have to pay for it?  Very obvious scam.

    Knew it was a scam after a few seconds. The guy couldn't pronounce common words. Told me I won $750,000 and a 2022 Ford Ranger from Publishers Clearing House. Gave me a bunch of fake verification numbers and then said I need to purchase a State Registration Card from the local Dollar Store. Asked that I purchase 2 Vanilla Pre-Paid Visa cards totaling $778. One card for $500 dollars and the other for $278 dollars.

    Said he would stay on the line while I drove to the store and purchased the cards. I told him it would take about 20 minutes to drive to the store, so I put him on mute while I played with tmy dogs. After 20 minutes I told him I was at the store and then told him that I need to put him on mute again for another 5 minutes while I went in to purchase the cards. This time I just had to urinate!

    Then I told him it would take another 30 minutes to drive home and wait for the "prize van" to arrive. He then asked for my address, and I gave him the address of the local police station. He must have googled that location because he stopped talking for a moment and then cussed me out saying "you knew this was a scam and you f**king wasted my time"
