A Hassle and A Waste of Money

I ordered Wen Hair care, and when I got my first shipment, it came with free vitamins.  Then, a month later, I notice they're charging me 32.95 for more vitamins that I never agreed to pay for, or even received. I never got a notice saying they would add these vitamins on to the monthly billing cycle (or it was so small, no one would notice it), and when I called to cancel that part of the bill, they were very rude.  They said the best I could do is wait for the vitamins to ship to my home (whenever the hell that will be!) and return the vitamins (paying for my own shipping).  Then afterwards they would refund me.  But judging from the difficulty I had just trying to reach that agreement, I'm not optimistic about even getting my money back.   I do NOT reccommend this product to anyone, unless you're willing to get ripped off...

    Alex, this same thing happened to me.  I called today and was told to ship the vitamins back, wait up to six weeks to get my money back and was told I would not get anymore shipments.  I did not order an auto shipment of vitamins.  I did call my bank last night when I found the pending charge.  They told me they cannot do anything until it is an actual charge even though I said I have never ordered the vitamins.  So, when it becomes a charge, I will call back and go from there.  We will see where this takes me.  Good luck....
