You received my complaint email yesterday(March19,2016) about being billed for ANC*archives, I never asked for membership and don't want it. You were informed yesterday but today( March 20,2016) I notice you still took the $9.99 payment from my account. Don't do it again. I want nothing to do with your ANC*archives.com.

    I not only want to CANCEL, I want a refund of the $9.99 and still refuse to pay $35 or $25 to have the cancellation go through. I did not request this and don't want it. REFUND REQUESTED.
