I received my bed in Oct.2012. My bed bugs bites wasn't notice, on me and my son, until Nov.2012. How did this happen! No one sits on my bed, with their street clothes on and the bed look brand new, untouch. I already was schedule appointment for service defects, when I realize I had a bigger problem on my hands."BED BUGS" I was worried if I told bob furniture stores, they would have Blame me and not exchange my bed. I gave them a called. I was told and had no other choice, but to have exterminator. Inoder for the to service me at all. I was right! But I thought honesty was the best policy. Money I did not have for bed treatment. Customer service told me under bobs regulations store policy, does not cover bed bugs. Must have a letter, stating I received treament.I was outrage! Ask why? Bobs customer service stated; our services workers travel from house to house. I realized they did not want to face a lawsuit. Maybe they right! Not thinking it was caused by Bob themself until I saw this website, of people going thru the same thing I am going thru. Customer also stated; they will not do an exchange a bed over bedbugs. I called my management office, whom services me for bedbugs treatment for free. When arrived they saw no bedbugs. Stated we see bedbug bites, track mark bites, reason why they didn't spray is because I did not want there to discolored my bed .Exterminator also said bedbugs when they are babies they are two tiny to see. I recieved my letr. Stating, no bedbugs found my bed was replace. I believe that if they were found they would have found an excuse not to replace. My bed had round lumps underneath the bob yellow cover bed case. That's the grounds of replacement. In addition, bobs service workers, did not remove the cover.
