Would not give the refund

I canceled my account with Reliance Mobile in January 2007 and they told me that my refund will be sent to me within 3 months.

After the specified deadline I started contacting their customer service about the refund. Every time they promised to forward my case to their refund team but apparently that didn't happen. I tried to post on their website but also got nowhere.

Reliance Mobile takes money upfront but when it's time to give the money back they avoid you. They waste my time and theirs and I guess it's their plan.
