Part of a criminal fraudulent charge organization using front companies in the U.S. to submit large numbers of small fraudulent charges.  The charges are often around $10 or less, and many banks apparently do little real investigation of such reported unauthorized charges unless they are much larger.  Money appears to be siphoned thru eastern Europe, possibly to Russia.

"MCA Web Technology" is one of the front companies.  No real product, just enough of a website to look legitimate enough to get bank accounts and access to the electronic payment systems.  There have been reports of many similar sites differing primarily in name, indicating the front companies are set up in "cookie-cutter" fashion.  U.S. based money transfer "mules" are reported to have responded to solicitations to set up "web based businesses" for some foreign company, processing and forwarding "customer payments".

Immediately dispute the fraudulent charge through your bank, and close that account to prevent future fraudulent charges.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR ACCOUNT OPEN, since they have that account number and will use it to put thru additional fraudulent charges.  Also monitor any replacement account carefully to make sure your bank does not transfer any new fraudulent charges made against the old account onto the new account.  In fact, this is one reason you must insist that your bank process this dispute as a FRAUDULENT CHARGE, not a merchant dispute, and that you CLOSE the account.  It is not enough to block charges from this one "company", since they can make charges using a wide variety of names, scattered all over the country.

As you already found out, there may be no way to contact the company, and even if you did, all you might accomplish might be to get a refund which would save them the reversed charge bank fees and allow them to continue their scam, and your bank to continue treating this as just an "error".  They have been known to send emails claiming YOU probably had your card number stolen, and trying to appear to be a law abiding helpful merchant doing the right thing.  All these emails, from the various "companies", are basically the same.

They might also just ignore you while claiming it takes several weeks to reverse the charge, stringing you along and waiting out your federal dispute period until you are stuck and your bank tells you "too bad, not our problem anymore".  Or you might see additional charges appear, under their other names.

Follow up with a written dispute of the fraudulent charge, and submit a fraud affidavit if necessary.  Request that your bank submit an SAR on the incident.

File complaints with your state AG, Arizona AG, FTC.  You might also file complaints with local police, and BBB.

Was this thru a credit card, or a debit or check card?  Or was it an ACH charge directly to your bank account?

Do NOT use debit or check cards, and cancel any you have active.  Use only ATM cards requiring a PIN for cash, and only at your bank's only ATM machines.  Use only credit cards for retail or on-line purchases, since they can be more easily closed and changed in case of fraud.

Since any card number can be vulnerable to this type of fraud, you should now allow that vulnerability to directly affect your bank account, impacting your access to your own money and checks sent to legitimate creditors, even if your bank eventually returns the stolen funds.

In addition, you can find reports on 800notes.com and similar sites when people punch in the phone number they see on their account statements associated with these fraudulent charges.
For example, punch "623-742-3769" (the number associated with "MCA Web Technology" charges) into Google, and you get these hits:
