For deactivation of game service

i want to deactivate game service for my uninor card.my uninor number is 7385551484.
at this number game service is activated.whereas i didnt send any activation request.
i have try to talk to customer care but call disconnected after some recording and ussd code.
so i wanto deactivate this service.it has daily 1 rupees charge.so due to this service my balence becom low.

pls pls pls provide me to steps for deactivating game service.
