This is a common scam.  You were never intended to actually have notice of the terms.  The other misrepresentation is that they are somehow connected with "Google".  They have nothing to do with Google.

They use a teaser offer to get your account information, then pile on much larger monthly charges for some alleged "service" they hid the disclosure of.

Immediately contact your bank to dispute all unauthorized or fraudulent charges, and close your account or block your credit card due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges.  Follow up with a written dispute or fraud affidavit to your bank, making sure they receive it within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charge to preserve your FRB Reg. E or FCBA dispute rights.

I believed on the advert as they used the google name with tha story of having the basic account for £1.50 I believed and placed the order. Now, after 7 days £38.15 was taken plus on both transactions a fee....  Tried to contact them but no response. I contacted my Bank and I realised this is a know scamm and it is happening a lot lately, they are aware but can't do nothing as we have handed the card details to the company. I can open a case in 30 days but it is not guranted that I will be refunded. The only thing it was suggest is to cancel my card as stop them take any more money from it with out my concern. They must be doing with millions of people all over the world, if you see this message, contact your bank ASAP to cancel your card.
If I hear anything at all I'll post here...
