My training sessions were cancelled by trainer

I signed for 6mo personal training sessions which were supposed to be twice a week, my kids went back to school and I changed my time to 5:30am. Since then I have had issues with either trainer not scheduling me or stating I missed session when I had shown up. My trainer sent me text letting me know it was by error and then sent me text and said all my sessions were cancelled due to management leaving me questioning why I was still being debited for $240. I called manager and asked for explanation he stated I cannot just cancel my training I would have to go thru corporate. He said they are issues with trainer not being able to manage front desk and train. Thats not my problem, he wants me to wait and still pay? I sent corporate an email, at this point I just want my account to stop being charging me for services I paid for and they are not able to provide the service. Corporate said they will call me back in an email. I have yet to receive confirmation that my bank will not be debited and that I wish to cancel due to them not able to provide services I was paying for.
