OMG!!!  2, 3 or 4 times a day. I cant get them to stop. I have been nasty ..... I have been nice ..... nothing works. I am so tired of being harassed. I have no clue as to how they got my cell phone number. They always hang up on me. When I call back the number has been disconnected. It is Never THE SAME NUMBER.  Other than changing my number how can they be stopped?

    You can
    1) get a box inserted in you landline, that blocks most autodialed calls  Maybe there's a smartphone app for that.
    2) change your number
