Being charged wout my permission or knowledge!

I ordered SheerCover a few months back and i am still getting charged for makeup and vitamins that i didnt get or order! i called my bank for recent transactions and they let me know that GRC VitaPower was charging me $63.89 and i had no clue what that was so i looked up their number online and made them cancel everything and refund my money ASAP! Their number is (888)0684-9660. They told me that ordering that ordering that makeup that it automatically signed me up to receive these vitamins that i had no idea about! So everyone MAKE SURE you arent signed up for anything else when you place an order anywhere because they obviously just give out all your information to be charged including your debit/credit card numbers! I hope this helps somebody out, this needs to be stopped!!!!

    you are not the only one-the u.s.postal inspectors may be interested in

    this-i think they are guilty of wire fraud.

    There are charges in my credit card from GRC Sheer from June to Dec 2011 and possibly in the coming months although I have taken action to stop the charges by calling my bank. My daughter said she went to this company's website, I guess, sometime in June, initially placed an order but changed her mind and cancelled. I went to their website and noticed that the Home page requires one to click on Order Now even before you are able to explore the other pages. My daughter got the shipment for the first order and succeeding shipments which resulted in monthly charges to my credit card. Unfortunately, I was not made aware that these were unauthorized shipments. The packages were left unopened and when I called this company, I was told they can only refund the December shipment, minus shipping costs at that.  LESSON LEARNED: DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU REALLY LIKE THEIR PRODUCT AND EXPECT REGULAR SHIPMENTS FROM THEM! BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU ENTER THEIR WEBSITE THOUGH TO EXPLORE. IF YOU CANCEL SHIPMENTS, DEAL WITH YOUR BANK SO AUTOMATIC CHARGES ARE STOPPED. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THE COMPANY WILL STOP THE CHARGES EVEN AFTER YOU CANCEL.

    Call your credit card company asap and dispute the charges. I got a call from my bank yesterday. My bank told me they will deal with this vendor, refund the last 4 charges made and will block further charges. If you get any unauthorized shipment from them, refuse delivery. Just write Refused on the package so you don't have to pay postage! You need to take all steps to make sure they STOP further charges and unauthorized shipment. I think it is best to have your credit card # changed.

    This company started randomly charging me for some products I have never even heard of then the " customer service rep" told me I " had to have called and ordered this product or I wouldn't be getting charged" seriously??? I have Never even heard of the products they are charging me for and I would know if I called someone to place an order...I am appalled by the attitude and unprofessional ism that was shown to me today by is company. I will NEVER in the future deal with the for any reason and I have had to contact my bank to stop any further charges from the company ever! I suggest you do the same if you get random charges from them.

    I just wrote a really specific explanation of how GRC vitamins & Sheer Cover skrewed me over even after I cancelled, they continued to bill me!  Having major problems getting money owed  refunded & I never even ordered the vitamins---WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD PAY THAT AMOUNT OF MONET FOR MULTI VITAMINS?  Stay away from this unscrupulous company, unless you like DEALING  with representatives that hang-up on you, even when you're being tactful & polite!  AND THE COMPANY KEEPS CHARGING YOU EVEN IF YOU HAVE CANCELLED THE MEMBERSHIP YOU NEVER AGREED TO IT IN THE 1ST PLACE!  SHEER COVER ITSELF IS NOT MUCH BETTER-------STILL TRYING TO GET REFUND DUE BACK FROM THEM TOO!  DO YOURSELF A FAVOR & STAY AWAY FROM BOTH THESE COMPANIES--------POOREST BUSINESS PRACTICES!  NEXT STEP BBB, YELP, & RIP OFF REPORT.  TOTALLY FED UP-------ON FIXED INCOME & I NEED THE MONEY THEY OWE ME!!!!!!   My 1st explanation was wiped clean by this site, frustrating!
