DO NOT BUY A PROTECTION WARRENTY FROM THEM

I have been dealing with MFS since August 2016.  In the protection service plan it says stains which includes pen marks for that is what is put down in black ink on their contract.  They refuse to take care if it.  After numerous pictures sent and two technicians who both said they can't get them out, MFS WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WARRENTY.  Promised phone calls never received.  Over 3000 spent on couches is why I got the protection plan for I do have grandchildren that visit... waste of money on MFS.  Getting in touch with the BBB and my cousin who is a lawyer to look over their contract.  I won't go away that easily for them to screw me over..
