on 8/07/2011, in west bengal in Raniganj my brother was booking ticket for my faimely member (two tickets in poorvaexpress train) in tatkal. after booking ticket railway person hold my brother and take the ticket and blamig that" you are broker and asking for id proof of my faily member". raniganj is 15 km from my home and they are asking for id proof,the person who held my brother didnot shown his ID while asked. in the same station they did not give dublicat ticket when we loss our origanal ticket before. this is what done by by railway people. they are not giving good service to customer we are so suffering from them. also they did same to others.action should be taken against this person.

    I'm a reguller passanger of paschim exp.12925 from chandigarh to bandra.i'm travell twice in a month.i jst complain again the food of the train the pantry member charge 60 to 70 rupees for a plait.but the food in the plait is not more then 20 rupee.plus the food is very taist less.and not enough for a hungry man.in this 70 rupees a man can eat the meal 2 time in a day.so i just reqest please take an action and make the changes in food of all train route.

    I would like to register a complain agaist railway regarding non-refund for my Waitlist Tatkal ticket.
    On 1st October 2011 i was schedule to take a train from Sealdah (SDAH) for New Jalpaiguri (NJP) by Padatik Express (12377) at 22:55hrs, but as my ticket was in W/L after preparation of chart, I stand on que  at the current Reservation counter at sealdah around 22.00hrs but as the que was long i could not got my  chance by 22.30hrs and the counter was closed. On asking the counter operator that how could i cancel my ticket. He simply see my ticket and told me u can cancell it from anywhere by tommorow. Then i took a general ticket for njp. But when i reached Njp and asked the reservation counter for cancellation, he told me that cancellation is not possible as it has to be cancel within 12hrs and that too from the boarding station. I told him that nornal journey time for sdah - njp is 10hrs and the train was late by 3.5hrs so hw can i cancel it, moreover it is waitlist ticket and under any circumtances as per railway act i cannot board the train then why i will not get refund for my ticket for which railway cannot give accomadation to me and i didnot travel with that ticket. Is it Justice?

    harresment by multiple tte and squad during my journey on 15jan 2012.train number was 16613 coimbture express. the ticket checker name was dipak and squad person name was kiran.
