This company STEALS

This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. I feel scammed and robbed. Not only did I receive AWFUL support but your representatives "have no power" to actually assist their customers. To top it off your technicians refuse to actually keep the appointments that take WEEKS of calling to get made. Only then a "supervisor" had to over ride the system to even get us an appointment. Not only that after being treated with so little respect as a PAYING CUSTOMER we decided to end our account. After speaking with someone on the phone on SEVERAL occasions we got our account and contract ended FREE OF CHARGE. Only to be charged a month later for early departure. I had nearly $600 STOLEN from me by this "company". Now i'm being told it will take at least 30 days to get it refunded b/c I am not longer have an active account. Ofcourse I dont', by definition that is what a cancellation is! I will NEVER recommend this company. I will make sure my friends & family NEVER give your company a penny!
