That bitch Rachael
Complaint

That [***] racheal keeps the scam going. I file complaints with the FCC and nothing happens. Why have a Do Not Call list if these low life scammers can easily sidestep the whole law with spoofing their name and number. The solution is to outlaw spoofing altogether but the liberal bleeding heart lawyers will cry it's protected by the First Amendment. Since we have a do nothing Congress and an incompetent president, I guess nothing of any substance will get passed. So much for the will of the people.

By now its obvious, there are many groups of these criminals running the “cardholder services” scam. One mentally deranged “cardholder services Employee” vaguely indicates they aren’t doing ”Rachel” any more!, Yeah right!- ”skeletons in their closet”. (Judgement Free 9 Jan 2012)

Civil action by the FTC against such criminals is totally ineffective. These criminals need to be charged with Federal Felonies and subjected to significant jail time. All of those involved know that they are violating FTC regulations. The FTC prohibits unsolicited calls for any kind of debt / interest rate reductions which require up front fees. The FTC levies huge fines, then rescinds them based on inability to pay. The FTC settles for the minimal cash on hand, and enjoins them from future "telemarketing". The criminals sign off, then go right back to business. The entire operations are clearly criminal, intent to defraud, etc, and should be dealt with in criminal court and not by civil actions.
At the end of July, I found a reference on 800notes.com with a listing like this one and I decided to do something about it. So, I started calling the telemarketing companies, being very pleasant and attempted to speak with someone as high up as I could go. I told them "I don't know if you are involved but your name is being associated with these scam calls and you may want to see how you can stop it." I gave them my number and real name and they have now stopped.
I didn't have have to make very many calls. I called Key One solutions in AZ and spoke with Jeana Thompson. I also called the AnswerNet HQ. Because I couldn't get anyone to be responsive, I clicked through on the President's bio to his LinkedIn and Facebook page and sent him a message that way.
Here is something interesting, I just went back to 800Notes.com and the posting that listed the names is now gone. Gone. No where to be found.
Please send me a message if you would like more information. But it is possible that what I did was effective.
