DEEP INDENTATIONS IN SIMMONS MATTRESS

We too like many other's I see have horrible deep indentations on one side of our mattress it is so bad that my husband and I both fall into this indentation during the night it is awful, my back hurts so bad that I am forced to sleep on the couch some nights. I went to there website which shows body indentations must be at least 1.5 inces deep to recive a replacment mattress under their warranty. However, once they send rep to your home no matter what they will find something to void this warranty so they dont have to replace the mattress. This is horrible these mattress are suppossed to be name brand good quality mattress, we could have bought some off brand mattress and it would have held up better that simmons, Our mattress is only 2 yrs old it was a top of the line simmons mattress we spent thousands of dollars on to not have these problems and what do we get? a mattress that we roll into the middle everynight because of an indentation so large we just get sucked into it.. neither my husband or myself are overweight. I am pissed this is not right there is no warranty with this company once you purchase their crappy mattress your on your own, they will tell you when they measure these indentations that it is just normal wear and tear and is not deep enough to warrant a warranty exchange.
