I have received following e-mail. please confirm me is this true or fake lottery announce?

Note:it will be very surprising matter if the announcement will fake,that a UK is a cheater country where UK is a Developing country.I also indicate to Lloyds Bank PLC .that pls check it that if it is fake u will must indicate to this autority of MICROSOFT NATIONAL LOTTERY HEADQUARTERSMICROSOFT NATIONAL LOTTERY HEADQUARTERS to stoped this process.because we are cheated and upseted by this process.Or if this process will true,we wish and will pray for it.also best of luck for this authority .

It is simple to verify it is fake or genuine if such big companies sending you a email for lottery wining , they can send you email from their own website/email portal not from others.
