Billing for PPV programing not ordered

Cancelled service-sent in the receivers cards to complete....paid final bill. Now they're trying to bill me for 7 PPV programs ordered thru remote and recorded on the cards, even though the orders did not go thru and were never viewed...the receivers were never connected to a phone line. Every time I ordered a PPV program I had to call the 1-800# and pay additional service charge to order a movie....which I then paid for thru bundle billing with qwest the next month....These charges are from 2011! Whenever I complained about having to call a 1-800# and pay an additional charge to order a movie I was told by Direct TV that the movies would not order thru the receiver unless the receiver was  connected to a phone line. My receivers were never connected to a phone line. Apparently my brother-in-law attempted several times to order movies thru the remote-receiver....none of the orders ever went thru...none were ever viewed...because the receiver wasn't plugged into a phone line. Now Direct TV says if the card shows it was ordered with the remote-receiver they will charge me for it....even though none of the PPV titles they are trying to charge me for was viewed...even though Direct TV cant verify if the programs were ever delivered or viewed...even though there is no record on my phone bill showing a call on my line to one of their "modem" numbers. They cant show that they delivered the programming...but I am supposed to prove that I didn't view it....I keep telling them...the receivers WERE NEVER HOOKED UP TO A PHONE LINE....I HAD TO ORDER ALL MY ADDITIONAL PROGRAMMING MANUALLY USING THE 1-800#....PAYING AN ADDITIONAL FEE FOR THE PROGRAMMING....AND THEN I PAID FOR THE MOVIE ON THE NEXT BILLING CYCLE. I cant access my 2011 account bills...and Direct TV wont give any more information other than PPV title info.
