Calls over and over.  Will let me ask them to stop.  Uses different numbers.  Does not believe I desire to find and kill them.

    Contact your congressman to file complaints against FTC for failing to stop these harassing calls, and against VISA and MasterCard for assisting this scam in stealing money from consumers.
