Diamondz4 Rings

ordering this ring back in September 12,2012, I have never recieved it as of yet. First they told me they had alot bof backorders, then it was a problem with the payment, then it was returned back to them. I requested a tracking # which they couldn't provide me with. Then asked to speak to a supervisor, they said they takes 48 hrs for they to call you. Ask who was I was speaking with? was told they was not allowed to give that information as well not allowed to tell me where they  are located. With all of this negative response I advise everyone not to order anything from a company that you can not get the basic question answered. Fortunately, for me I was able to get my return funds back. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
