Wen Hair Product

I initially signed up and payed for the trial product of 30 days Wen hair conditioning shampoo, after which I was sent  2 x 480ml bottles  charged directly to my debit card, as I understood .
However on reciept I called thier Customer Service agent, (he  kept putting me on hold for ages to check account details or whatever)  

I wanted to cancel any futher deliveries, as this product did not agree with me ( I started shedding a lot of hair just after a months use).
This call cost me $12 quite outrageous, but as I do not have a landline, and this is what my Telco charges for calls to 1800 numbers.
Two weeks later I recieve a bill for another product that I never even ordered, but Guthy Renker are unable to charge me as I previously lost my wallet and cancelled my debit card with my bank.

Anyhoo two weeks after that, a final notice letter, in which they state my payment is SERIOUSLY OVERDUE and they will be refering me to a debt collector,(possibly earning me a negative credit rating) for a product I don't have and never ordered in the first place..I really dont know what I can do about it now, all I can think is that this outfit is a big con, avoid any business with them like the plague, thanks for reading
