Dear all
I have rented a car from muscat airport from the 20th to the 23rd of sep and when I returned the car I had a query about the price and there was a gentleman (Omani) helping me in very nice way and there was another man sitting behind(Indian) called fayez who jumped from his chair and even with out listening to what I was about to say started pointing at the contract bad saying you will pay this in a very bad tone almost shouting then I was going to ask him and he just kept on interrupting me and say you will pay this and now his voice was louder , with even listening to what I was about to say I couldn't even say my question and I started asking him to listen to me but he refused and started shouting and telling Omani guy to make pay and go while he was waving his arm like when you push some away.
He really got me angarey because it's not only poor customer service but he was insulting me by doing this I didn't refuse to and didnot even present my query and that was his behavior i told him to shut up and sorry about that but he was really rude and loud anyway I paid and went away and held my self from writing this complaint for three days as I dont want to be areason a harm any one but it was too much to tolerate I hope such a company like Europe car shouldnt have such customer service as bad word spread much quicker than any body think, I will be going to muscat at least twice a month for the next two years but I really can't even see this person again.
Let me at the end say that the other staff member who was actually reviving the car from me obligized for the behavior of his colleague were in the other hand he was saying that he doesn't care if I complain .
