This Phillipino woman MO is getting men to pay her bills as exhibited continuously while using sex/sickness to gain negative attention/finances.  The almost 85 year old had a recent stroke with cognitive/physical loss. Thus, as his Power of Attorney, I have asked Mrs. Weitor not to call him. Also, she sneaks by using her friends phone to call him. In conjunction, since she presents serious health risks I have directed her to Nevada's Social Services for a MD psyc+ assessment and evaluation as a slashed scar on her wrist indicates her suicide attempt.. As a retired Social Worker I sent her information to get financial + help in Nevada. Since she refused I gave her an EXIT letter as required per State regulations. Her phone #  is 7022738547.     Furthermore, Mrs. Weitor chooses to live in a 2 bedroom apt  stating  "Since she walks around naked she does not want her son, niece or any family to live with her. Thus, she has family members in Nevada to assist her.  She needs to stop calling Illinois residents for help as documented.
