Receipt for services NOT RENDERED

I live in waynesville nc and rec a receipt for a service that I did not receive and today I got a second notification about a service ! This is a fraudulent attempted for a service on my behalf and is being reported to my credit card company as well as the BBB and the salon owners as well as this thread to let the general public know that the company or sales person is Charles's by not asking each individual for identification wether they know the person or not!so any attempt they are fully aware of since I sent a email to them and will call the salon now after this post to try to resolve the matter for the LAST time.This is a harassment to me to constantly have to make my precious time to settle matters when others break laws of the land , by not following rules and the salon seems to not care about the charges just the money so anyone in hickory NC new are of fraud by this establishment due to their personnel negligence!
