Winning money

This caller makes numerous calls to my elderly parents using profanity and wants their financial information to send them a check for "winnings". I have already submitted complaints to the FTC through the DoNotCallRegistry several times. The "call blocking" feature on the new phone does help block the call but it still will ring one time when the call comes in and then it is blocked after that one ring.
