Airline reservation

Don't use these guys for booking flights. Do your own research or book with other companies.
They cancelled our flight but did not notify us. We turn up to the airport the day of departure only to discover they cancelled our flight due to "other circumstances beyond their control" All they said was "you should have received an email regarding cancellation" and that was that. I never got a refund and my vacation was ruined. One day someone will go postal at one of their booking counters and I'll understand why.
