Fraudulent Charges

Is anyone getting any resolution to these fraudulent charges? I have had it happen on multiple occasions with multiple debit and credit cards. Google Phantom and Google Moon Active? I don't know what these are. I have never used my phone to play Google games or make any Google purchases.
