login id is blocked from last two months

Dear Sir / Madam,

Greetings,
My login id at SCDL site is  not working


My  DD no - 076528  of rs 12000/-

Registration number - 200719872 .


I pay all the dues  regarding fee but the  login id still not working
 


Please   do the needfull   because it is a  time of slot booking.
