Laughable company

I have little time to complete the entire complaint, but if you respond to this blog I will be happy to provide in detail(with invoicing, names, and repair shop names.) support for everything i have stated.  ..Those that are thinking of purchasing from this company BEWARE!!!...RUN!!!!   I called to cancel my contract...on two ocassions i had to have repairs completed and it took 5 days for each...both were repairs that could have been completed in 4 hours tops....DBW argued with me, the repair factility and anyone that required that they do right and honor their contact.  I was told to go online and find the part for the repairs and i would be refunded...they quoted a reimbursement about that was approximately 55% of the part price....told me to pay for it and they would reimburse me...also told me to find a person that could install it....LOL why did i buy the warranty? The local Infinity dealership advised that they would not longer do service for them as they have never had such poor and blantely disrespectful service.  I decided to cancel the contract...LOL, guess what my refund amount is....$0 that's right, had the warranty since March and the refund is $0.  I was told that i had repairs IAO $1300.00...I was told to read my contract..well i did prior to calling...BEWARE:  On the bottom of the service work order(NOT THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT)  that is faxed to the dealership...If you sign it you are agreeing to have your refund reduced by the amount of the repair.  Did I mention that these people obviously have absolutely no morals...NONE!!! I thank God that they will stand before the judgment seat!!!  DBW if you are reading this which i am quite sure you are, you may profit here on EARTH but God's word is true and you will be judged...
