service was disconnected while being in vacation in Egypt for the last 2 weeks, I have followed up with mobilly office in Sulaimanieh, Riyadh and was informed that as per mobily rules and regulations the customer service people disconnect the service as soon as the user get out of KSA!!
The record shows that my balace is arround SAR 900 while my limit is SAR 2000.
This is not acceptable at all and I am not happy with such service and not interrested to have it repeated.
I had a formal request# 1-1235599681 to reconnect the service on Nov. 28th.
