Unlike many others, apparently, I had no trouble receiving the glass shelf I ordered. Since I determined that it wouldn't work in a bathroom remodel, I have tried repeatedly to get a return authorization from the company. My calls to customer service have been forwarded to an answering machine which takes the message, but - you guessed it - no one returns my call. This outfit gives internet shopping a bad name. How hard can it be to just answer the phone?

I called them on Monday to check on my item and I was transferred several times and then hung up on "accidentally"! When I called back I asked for a supervisor and I was transferred again to Mo. Mo was the most arrogant customer service agent I have ever dealt with in my entire life. He was very rude and spent most of our time together talking over the top of me and not listening to my issue. I tried to explain to him that the main reason I placed my order with them was the promise of a Monday delivery. In the end I got no where!
I ended up so frustrated with Mo that I asked for his supervisor and I was told that he was the highest employee that I could speak with. So I responded with "so your telling me that you own Luxury Home Outlet?" His answer was..."no". I found out, with a little digging that that's not entirely true. Mo is at least one of the owners of this site.
After reading the above complaints I'm not looking forward to dealing with Luxury Home Outlet any further. I wish I would have found this site first. Please do not order from them under any circumstances!!!!
