I purchased a Maldives coffee table from the Home Decorators Collection in November of 2010 and it still has not arrived.  

After repeated attempts to ascertain the order status I have not been given an adequate response.  Moreover, I cannot even find my shipping status online when I use the link provided.  

I have spoken with more than one customer service agent who has also entered in my order number and zipcode and received an error message.  The agent always confirms that my order exists, and always tells me the problem will be fixed shortly, but it has been several months now and I am contemplating canceling the order.  If I did not like the coffee table so much I would have done so weeks ago.

I am tired of wasting so much time on this issue and I find the company to be very irresponsible.
