They will never give you back your refund

I had a policy with them in November 2017. They sold me something I didn't need and when I gave them my card I was driving and wasn't thinking. I felt pressured into getting it. Now it is 2019 I have done everything they ask me to do. First they said they refunded it electronically. That took 5 months and it never showed up. Then I had to get my bank and call them to prove to them I never received it. So now they told it should be in the mail. A check. Well its been a week and I've checked the mail everyday since.
It seems like they only have one person working there James who will only apologize and give you a run around. When I asked to speak to a manager they are either out to a very long lunch or in a meeting. Someone please help.
