debt collector

After reading the thread, I understand. I received a call from a "Charles Richards" with the Outsourcing department. The caller ID number was from the 323 area code. The robocaller message gave me an 877 number to call. First off, they are calling me at my work number and leaving a half cut off message...I do not give my work number to others. If this were a legitimate caller, it wouldn't give you two different numbers. Scare tactic, and I'm not falling for it.
